How this list works
- Free and public programs come from the official page that runs them, and we re-check those pages for changes.
- A listing shows the merchant’s own terms: dates, how to redeem, who is eligible, exclusions and known fees.
- We never call an offer exclusive, cheapest or tested, and we state a dollar saving only from a price comparison we can show.
- Sponsored placement is paid for, labelled, and still has to pass the same checks.
