Send us your news

Free for every Rapid City business, school, church and nonprofit. Tell us about an announcement, a new opening or an event, and the Rapid City Local desk will take it from there.

  • We check every submission against your own website before anything runs.
  • Stories are written by our desk from your announcement; events go on our calendar.
  • It never costs anything, and coverage never depends on advertising or linking to us.
What are you sending us?

Your own site, not Facebook.

We write from your own page, so this is how we confirm it came from you.

What, where, when, and who to contact.

Only used if we need to check something.

Have an offer or a deal for readers? Send it to the savings desk.
